The SUNY Broome Foundation Legacy Circle honors and recognizes alumni, friends, faculty, staff, and community partners who have made a lasting commitment to SUNY Broome Community College through a planned gift. Legacy Circle members have shared their intention to support the College's future through their estate plans, helping ensure that SUNY Broome remains accessible, innovative, and transformative for generations of students to come.

Planned gifts—including bequests, beneficiary designations, charitable trusts, charitable gift annuities, and other estate commitments—create enduring opportunities for scholarships, academic programs, and campus priorities. Legacy Circle members are visionary supporters who believe in SUNY Broome's long-term strength and the life-changing power of education.

Membership in the Legacy Circle is our way of expressing gratitude and celebrating the foresight and generosity of donors who are shaping the College's future. For those who are considering making gifts in their wills, trusts, or other estate-planning arrangements, our legal entity to accept such gifts is The Broome Community College Foundation, Inc. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established for the purpose of encouraging philanthropic contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other organizations in support of activities and programs of SUNY Broome Community College. Responsibility for the Foundation's governance is vested in a board of directors, comprised of alumni, community, and college representatives.
